Detrack ↔ Fishbowl Integration — Built by ILC
Detrack is delivery and collection management software that gives drivers a mobile app for proof-of-delivery, and gives you real-time visibility into every job’s status.
Since Detrack doesn’t natively connect with Fishbowl Advanced, ILC built this integration to bring the two systems together — sending orders to Detrack automatically once they’re ready to ship or be picked up, and syncing delivery/collection status back into Fishbowl once the job is complete.
What This Integration Does
Section titled “What This Integration Does”The ILC Detrack Integration runs two automated background processes — sending orders from Fishbowl to Detrack, and sending delivery/collection status back from Detrack to Fishbowl:
Fishbowl → Detrack: once an order is picked and packed, the integration creates a corresponding job in Detrack — as a Delivery (goods delivered to the customer) or a Collection (goods picked up by a carrier or driver), based on the order’s Carrier. It carries over the Ship To (Deliver To) address, contact details, item-level data, the Fishbowl Sales Order number, and Customer PO number (if set).
Detrack → Fishbowl: once the job is completed in Detrack, the integration syncs the result back — writing the tracking number (if available) onto the Fishbowl shipment and marking it Shipped.

- Want orders sent to Detrack automatically instead of re-entering them by hand
- Need shipments in Fishbowl to close out automatically once a driver completes the job

About the ILC Integration Server
Section titled “About the ILC Integration Server”This integration runs on the ILC Integration Server, ILC’s cloud-hosted platform (built on Microsoft Azure) for connecting Fishbowl to outside systems securely — only approved applications can connect. Rather than software installed and maintained on your own server, the integration runs in the cloud, giving every customer a consistent, supportable integration experience: ILC can monitor it, troubleshoot it, and deploy improvements without needing access to your Fishbowl server or any downtime on your end. Microsoft Azure was chosen for its availability, performance, and regional data centers, which keep your data close to home; Azure hosting costs are included in ILC’s pricing.

What you’ll need to provide:
- Remote access to your Fishbowl server environment
- An active Detrack account, with login credentials and an API key
- Your list of couriers/drivers, so each can be correctly routed to a Delivery or a Collection in Detrack
