Q: Why does Fishbowl say "Cannot cancel this sales order. An associated receipt item is received or reconciled."?

You cannot cancel this sales order because a receipt or delivery document linked to it has already been marked as received or reconciled in the system. Once fulfillment documents reach these completion states, Fishbowl blocks cancellation to protect order integrity.
