The problems we see

Third-party logistics operators ask Fishbowl to do things it was never set up to do out of the box. The hardest one is keeping each client’s inventory cleanly separated when it all sits in the same building. When locations, tags, and ownership are not modeled right, stock from two clients blurs together and the counts stop being trustworthy.

Receiving and putaway are another sore spot. Inbound shipments arrive without clean reference data, so putaway is slow and pick accuracy suffers later. At volume, a small percentage of bad picks turns into a steady stream of returns and credits. And when it comes time to bill clients for storage and handling, the numbers are reconstructed from memory and spreadsheets instead of pulled from the system.
