Why does Fishbowl say "Cannot create a salesman in QuickBooks without a name."?

Fishbowl tried to create or sync a salesman record to QuickBooks, but the salesman has no name. QuickBooks requires every salesman to have a name field filled in.

What it means

When Fishbowl syncs salesmen to QuickBooks or creates one there directly, QuickBooks rejects any record without a populated name field. This usually happens when a salesman in Fishbowl has an empty name and you attempt to push that record during sync or creation.

What to check

Salesman name field: Verify the salesman record in Fishbowl has a name populated. Check whether the name is blank or contains only whitespace.
Sync source: Confirm this is a new salesman being created, not an existing one being updated.
Before retrying: Fill in the missing name in the salesman record and attempt the sync again.
