What it means

What to check

• Confirm the PO you tried to duplicate is marked as a Drop Shipping order (verify the order type or shipping method field)
• If you need a similar order, create a new PO manually with the same supplier and customer
• Check whether the original PO is in a locked or completed status that might also restrict copying
