Fishbowl: Cannot unissue PO with finished Pick Items

Q: Why does Fishbowl say "Cannot unissue this Purchase Order. The current status of an associated Pick Item is FINISHED."?

You cannot undo the issuance of this PO because picking has already been completed for one or more items on the order. Typically, a Pick Item marked FINISHED means inventory has been allocated and the order is in fulfillment.

What it means

Fishbowl will not reverse a PO’s issued status if any linked Pick Item has already been finished (completed). This protects your inventory and order flow from being dismantled after work has started in the warehouse.

What to check

Verify whether the Pick Item showing FINISHED status is actually needed or can be reversed first
Check if the Pick receipt associated with the finished Pick Item can be undone
If the PO must be unissued, you may need to reverse the picking and shipment workflow before attempting to unissue the PO again
