What it means

Fishbowl prevents saving a Manufacture Order when any cost value (material, labor, overhead, or similar) is negative. This validation catches data entry errors or sync mistakes from suppliers or other systems.

What to check

• Look at the cost fields for the part listed in the error message
• Verify any costs you entered manually are positive numbers
• If costs were synced or imported, check that source for negative or unexpected values
• Clear the negative value and re-enter the correct positive cost
