Fishbowl doesn't support voiding transactions charged through Intuit Payments; you'll need to refund the transaction instead or reverse it directly in your Intuit payment account.

The transaction you’re trying to void was processed through Intuit Payments, and Fishbowl can’t reverse it using the void function. This is a limitation of the Intuit Payments integration—void operations aren’t supported for this payment tender type.

What to check

Confirm the transaction’s payment method is actually Intuit Payments (check the tender or payment-method field on the transaction).
Process a refund through Fishbowl instead of a void, or log into your Intuit Payments account (or the platform where Intuit Payments deposits funds) and reverse the charge there.
