Integration

ShipWorks + Fishbowl, in sync.

Connect your ShipWorks to Fishbowl.

How it works
What we connect

ShipWorks ↔ Fishbowl

We can integrate the following features from ShipWorks into Fishbowl Inventory:

Orders ready to ship in Fishbowl are handed to ShipWorks so your team can filter, batch, and print labels in volume rather than one order at a time.

Ship-to address, requested service, weights, and line detail come across with each order, so ShipWorks can rate and label without anyone retyping the shipment.

When labels print, we write the carrier and tracking number back to the Fishbowl order and mark it shipped, which keeps the rest of your channels updated downstream.

High-volume shippers usually have particular rules about how orders get grouped. Ask our team how we can build those rules into the hand-off.

We’ve made it even easier for you to integrate your business solutions directly into Fishbowl Inventory by providing a new monthly service to you!

With our eCommerce Integrations service, you can get seamless integrations of several eCommerce and shipping platforms (including Amazon, Magento, WooCommerce, eBay, BigCommerce, FTP, Shopify, ShipWorks, Salesforce, and many more!) into your Fishbowl system. This service gives ILC the flexibility to support your business and all of the integrations you use to run it.

How it works

Built around your workflow

Map it

We map your ShipWorks catalog, locations, and order flow to your Fishbowl setup.

Build the sync

We build and test the integration against your real orders, not a happy-path demo.

Go live & document

We cut over, watch the first orders, and hand you documentation so it's maintainable.

Most integrations run as a managed monthly service. We'll scope yours and talk specifics on a quick call.

Stop entering ShipWorks orders by hand

Tell us your stack and we'll map the cleanest path to a ShipWorks ↔ Fishbowl sync that holds.
