Build a Fishbowl Sales Dashboard with AI (Live Orders, Backorders & Top Customers)
Sales wants one answer first thing in the morning: what’s on the board today, and what’s stuck. In Fishbowl that usually means exporting Sales Orders to Excel and rebuilding the same pivot every day.
In this video I don’t build a report. I ask ILC MCP for the Sales Floor Dashboard and it builds it live, against a Fishbowl database, writing the queries itself. No Jasper editor, no paid reporting add-on, no ticket to a consultant.
That’s the point of the dual approach: Fishbowl’s built-in reporting is rigid, and anything custom usually means iReport/Jasper or a third-party tool. Here the AI reads the live data through the MCP and lays the numbers out for you.
The Sales Floor Dashboard puts the sales questions on one screen:
- Live and open orders by status
- Backorders and what’s holding them
- Top customers by open value
- Revenue booked this week against last
The demo runs on representative sample data, so nothing here is a real customer’s numbers — but it’s the same build you’d run against your own Fishbowl.
