Picking is a throughput problem, and throughput is hard to see. Fishbowl has the picks; what it doesn’t give you is a live board of where they all stand right now.

In this video I don’t build a report. I ask ILC MCP for the Picking Operations Dashboard and it builds it live, against a Fishbowl database, writing the queries itself. No Jasper editor, no paid reporting add-on, no ticket to a consultant.

That’s the point of the dual approach: Fishbowl’s built-in reporting is rigid, and anything custom usually means iReport/Jasper or a third-party tool. Here the AI reads the live data through the MCP and lays the numbers out for you.

Open picks by status and age
Short picks — stuck waiting on stock
Picker leaderboard by throughput
Orders ready to ship once picked

The demo runs on representative sample data, so nothing here is a real customer’s numbers — but it’s the same build you’d run against your own Fishbowl.
