Build a Fishbowl Manufacturing Dashboard with AI (Work Order Board, Late MOs, Build Variance)
On the shop floor the question is always the same: what’s running, what’s next, and what’s late. Fishbowl tracks every MO, but not on a screen the floor can glance at.
In this video I don’t build a report. I ask ILC MCP for the Shop Floor MO Board Dashboard and it builds it live, against a Fishbowl database, writing the queries itself. No Jasper editor, no paid reporting add-on, no ticket to a consultant.
That’s the point of the dual approach: Fishbowl’s built-in reporting is rigid, and anything custom usually means iReport/Jasper or a third-party tool. Here the AI reads the live data through the MCP and lays the numbers out for you.
The Shop Floor MO Board Dashboard puts the manufacturing questions on one screen:
- The work order board by stage
- Late manufacture orders
- Build variance — planned vs actual
- Work in progress and its value
The demo runs on representative sample data, so nothing here is a real customer’s numbers — but it’s the same build you’d run against your own Fishbowl.
