Integration

QuickBooks Online + Fishbowl, in sync.

Custom QuickBooks Online integrations built on the QBO API.

How it works
What we connect

QuickBooks Online ↔ Fishbowl

What we connect

The native Fishbowl to QuickBooks sync covers the basics. We build past it. ILC develops custom integrations and apps directly against the QuickBooks Online (QBO) API: bulk and aggregated invoicing, custom field and account mappings, and workflows the standard connector cannot do. One common example we have built is pulling Shopify and Amazon orders into QBO as bulk invoices, rather than pushing them through one at a time.

This is separate from our reconciliation service, which fixes the books after they drift. This work is about building the pipeline so the data lands correctly in the first place.

How it works

We start with how your orders, items, and accounts actually map between systems, then write to the QBO API to match that. If the standard connector forces a workaround you do not like, we replace that step with a custom app. See our custom software and integrations pages, or custom Fishbowl reports for related work.

How it works

Built around your workflow

Map it

We map your QuickBooks Online catalog, locations, and order flow to your Fishbowl setup.

Build the sync

We build and test the integration against your real orders, not a happy-path demo.

Go live & document

We cut over, watch the first orders, and hand you documentation so it's maintainable.

Most integrations run as a managed monthly service. We'll scope yours and talk specifics on a quick call.

Stop entering QuickBooks Online orders by hand

Tell us your stack and we'll map the cleanest path to a QuickBooks Online ↔ Fishbowl sync that holds.
