Fishbowl Inventory hints at a Xero Integration?
Part of my duties here at Israel Lopez Consulting is to keep tabs on what Fishbowl is doing. Recently, I got the notification from YouTube that Fishbowl had posted a new video. Curious, I decided to watch.
Previously Fishbowl Inventory had been producing new videos explaining the product and its capability. In this recent video I caught Xero being mentioned. It appears that Xero and Fishbowl Inventory are hinting at an integration together. If so, that is a fantastic solution.
Not much is offered or explained in the video, but the fact that Fishbowl Inventory now integrates with two accounting systems, Intuit’s QuickBooks Desktop (not online) and Xero Cloud Accounting, makes it a very attractive package to support small business not only in the US and Australia, but globally.
Exciting times here in the Fishbowl. I anticipate that I will be reviewing both the Xero and QuickBooks integration with Fishbowl and providing guidance on what each does best.
