## What it means

Drop Shipping purchase orders have a special designation because the supplier ships directly to your customer, bypassing your warehouse. Fishbowl prevents duplication of these POs, typically to avoid complications with the supplier-to-customer relationship already established on the original order.

## What to check

- Confirm the PO you tried to duplicate is marked as a Drop Shipping order (verify the order type or shipping method field)
- If you need a similar order, create a new PO manually with the same supplier and customer
- Check whether the original PO is in a locked or completed status that might also restrict copying
