# Fishbowl: "Item already voided"

> A Purchase Order or line item you're attempting to void is already marked as voided.

## What it means
The item you're trying to void—whether the entire Purchase Order or a specific line—is already marked as voided in Fishbowl. The system prevents re-voiding items that have already been voided as a safeguard against accidental duplicate actions. Once an item is voided, Fishbowl protects it from further void actions.

## What to check
- Verify the PO's current status: is the entire Purchase Order voided, or only a specific line item?
- If you intended to act on a different PO or line, confirm you're viewing the correct record.
- If the voided PO requires changes, that typically requires a workflow different from the void function.
