## What it means
This error occurs when you're changing a part's unit of measure or attempting to convert its minimum quantity to a different unit, but the minimum quantity value doesn't translate validly to the target unit.

## What to check
- The part's current minimum quantity value and which unit it's set in
- The target unit of measure and how it converts to the current unit (conversion factor)
- The math: does the minimum quantity divide evenly by the conversion factor?
- Whether the target unit allows fractional quantities or requires whole numbers only
