# Fishbowl: unsaved changes block Unissue

> A Manufacture Order can't be unissued while it has unsaved edits.

## What it means
You've edited one or more fields in the Manufacture Order (quantity, dates, materials, status, assigned user, etc.) but the changes are still pending—not yet committed to the system. Fishbowl prevents unissuing while changes exist, because it needs to know the final, saved state of the order before reversing its issued status.

## What to check
- Is the order currently in edit mode? Look for visual indicators of unsaved changes (asterisks, "modified" labels, or changed field values).
- Do you want to keep those edits? If not, cancel them. If yes, save them first.
- Once saved or cancelled, try unissuing the order again.
