## What it means

The item on this purchase order has already been picked, received, or marked as fulfilled. Fishbowl blocks duplicate receipt to avoid counting the same inventory twice.

## What to check

- Review whether the item was received in a prior batch or receipt—check the PO line's receipt history
- Confirm you're not attempting to receive the same item quantity twice
- If partial receipt is needed, verify the line item's received quantity against what you expect
- Check whether the item is already closed or completed on the purchase order
