## What it means
Drop ship POs have a fixed quantity. Fishbowl prevents you from receiving (reconciling) more than what was originally ordered because the goods ship directly to your customer and quantity is locked at order time.

## What to check
- View the original PO quantity for this drop ship order
- Check how much has already been received on this PO  
- Ensure your current receipt quantity doesn't exceed the remaining balance
